I was a E-2 in the Marine Corps. Joined 2004 and got discharged in 2006 messed up my knee. Was stationed in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.

It was still pretty rough about a year ago.... And they've added two more weeks since I went through it, so I don't think it has gotten too easy.

It was always easy. Its the next 4 - 6 years thats the hard part, lol. the day to day bs and deployments.
