i think that all recruits should be trained first to be in to participate in clan matches and more.

that is kinda what the whole trail period is for.....

thats basically what being a recruit is.. youre not fully in the clan until youre approved & promoted to private by the clan youre a recruit in. being a recruit is sort of like a trial period as the guy above said.

i dont know many captains that will let someone join in a clan match that hasnt practiced with the team
