As I have already told you, Paint.net (and Microsoft Paint) is not a program that the Design Team uses. There is no way for the Design Team members to teach you how to design with that program. The application process with the Design Team is a learning period for the applicant. If we cannot teach you, then you are not learning.

We highly recommend GIMP (which is free) or Photoshop (around $10 a month). Please get either one of those programs, familiarize yourself with either program. Once that has been done, please resubmit an application. If you have any questions, hit me up on XBL.
