Please everyone congratulate SYN Sundance on her promotion to General over SYN Gods! When Sundance first joined the community she was very shy and quite and preferred to only play with a select few members. As time went on she then started to flourish, and become more open and social within the clan and community. She has made some considerable improvements on herself to become a better leader that her clan deserves. She loves to help others, and follow people's Mantis score streak in Black Ops 4. Again congrats keep up the hard work!

KING OF THE KILL - CLAN VS CLAN BATTLE!

Each week 2 clans will have the change to battle it out to claim “King of the Kill”. Once the Hill has been claimed, any clan has the opportunity to knock the current Clan out of the #1 position and take their place, thus becoming the new King of the Kill.

If a clan thinks it has what it takes, the General of the clan can submit a challenge with their choice of Hardcore or Core, Game Mode, and Maps. All matches will consist of best 2 out of 3 matches. All challenges will be accepted on a 1[SUP]st[/SUP] come 1[SUP]st[/SUP] serve basis and will be completed weekly on Fridays.

A leaderboard has been created to show the status of all the clans including the # of wins, # of losses, and # of weeks on top!

All matches will be streamed on the Xiled Gaming Mixer which can be easily viewed on the XG Home Page.

Everyone please Congratulate SYN Grimster on his promotion to General. Also know as XGC Grimster joined the community on April 15, 2010 under Grimreaper19D into XGC Zulu. Then eventually was under XGC Tantalize XC when she was a General over XGC Apocalypse. He rejoined back in October 14 2018 under me in SYN Gods. He then showed strong dedication and hard work. He became a Lieutenant in my clan then a Captain, and just kept growing. I hope to see more great things from you. Again Congrats on your promotion!

SYNDICATE SECTION LEADER PROMOTION: SYN XPINKX XS

PinkDevil369 joined SYNdicate into SYN Hellhounds on the Xbox 360 and from there she worked hard and was eventually recognized for her hard work with a promotion to Lieutenant.

This woman hit the ground running and hasn't quit since then. She worked her way up to General over SYN Unleashed, where she later changed the name to SYN Xplicit. She split out SYN Afterlife and moved SYN Xplicit to the Xbox One. She had some ups and downs, but every great leader does, and SYN Pinkx369 definitely used those downs to make her ups just a bit better.

Always looking for more to learn from the community SYN Pinkx369 was constantly asking SYN LadyRebl XS questions, was always there to learn from any situation she could, and was constantly looking for ways to improve herself.

After her first clan split, SYN Xplicit worked hard as a group and built the clan up to do another split, leaving SYN PackedCali in charge of SYN Xplicit and putting their fearless leader - SYN Pinkx369 - to General over SYN Nocturnal. From there she worked hard and got everyone ready for the next step; promotion to Section Leader.

Thanks to the help of FARMALLMAN300 (now known as XGC FARM), the leadership under her that pushed her constantly, never lost faith in her, and always pushed her no matter how hard it got, and her Section Leader, SYN LadyRebl XS, SYN Pinkx369 is now SYN xPiNKx XS with SYN Xplicit and SYN Nocturnal under her.

Congratulations on your promotion to Section Leader SYN xPiNKx XS. It is well deserved, and earned.
