What would you have us do?
The mass PM system is designed so leaders can communicate with one another. If a leader decides to leave the community and doesn't tell anyone until they PM it out on the website us admins can't remove their privileges until it's too late.
You all coming in here whining about it isn't going to change a thing. I'm sorry that on occasion we all have to put up with some drama but there is nothing we can do to make this particular problem go away.
