Per XDC Sig Request Guidelines
8. Also you must wait a minimal of 60 days before requesting a new sig in the sig request area. Edits will be done if you have changed clans or rank in that time but a total new sig can not be requested until your 60 days have passed. There are far too many members in xg to redo signatures all the time because they get bored easily with them. (Exceptions will be made for users who have website subscriptions and can have more than one image in their signature)
so yeah, 100 posts have nothing to do with it. It seems you pasted the IMG code wrong since I can only see the URL link.

animations cannot be requested through this public forum. you need to send a request to a specific designer if you would like animation
