Fox I know you are asking 007 but I have time in between me eating m&ms lol. If you are not sure, ask away. There are always going to be different scenarios and situations that will pop up. We do our best to handle the situation which is best for the community and also those involved.
I'm not going to repost a bunch of things 007 has already covered, but as far as our reported loss. One, you don't have a profit to be a company. Tons of companies operate in the red every year. However you also know nothing about business or taxes. What our $103 profit last year means we had $103 left over, after expenses, in retained earnings. Sorry big term there! That means we could have split the $103 between the owners if we wanted too. Why did we only have $103? Because we spend every cent we make on the site and our members to make XG a success. Success is not measured in retained earnings, but I understand you don't understand a financial P&L. You were probably the same idiot that posted we were reporting falsely to the IRS in the story you have quoted from. Once again we are not saying we only took in $103, but in the world of taxes you only pay on what you have left. Formula is easy for us. Since we are not trying to make money from our gamers we spend the money we make on our gamers. Then no taxes due. We love our little chats here so keep them coming. The more BS you post the more we can prove you wrong. The more time you spend on our site you are showing yours sucks or you would be there. So you continue to show the world that Tru is a bunch of uninformed, unoriginal, and unmotivated people hell bent on hanging on to us anyway you can. Thanks for driving home to the members why not to join you guys. Don't worry we won't be stopping by to your site to do the same thing. We would rather work on our own house!

Some just don't understand how much money it takes to build and maintain a successful community website, On ArmorGaming's website I spent $2000.00 and made back $80.00 so im only down $1920.00 I will say it would be nice to make my money back and let the community pay for its self but it will probably take 1000's of more dollar's to get there.

You misread what I said. I said I wouldn't argue that the "community" is successful, but as a business, Xiled Gaming is not. A business' purpose is to be profitable. I understand how taxes work and what you (probably) claim as deductions for business expenses, operational expenses, etc. After all of that, what was left is $103, which is not a large profit margin, especially for everything that has to go in. That's what I was pointing to which is simple business and economics. A company that continues to operate in the red year after year is not considered successful. It's also funny to me that both you and 007 seem to want to act like I am ignorant and don't understand how these things work, without knowing anything about me.
I don't see what "BS" that contains, but I'm just going to stop posting unless something is specifically addressed to me. My intention at the beginning of this entire ordeal was to provide a suggestion as to how to make the "new" clan structure better, and more air-tight. I can now see that anything I say is going to be seen as "hostile", "BS", or "drama," so I'll just end it here. I also reiterate that this was all done by me in my name. I don't understand why TRu keeps coming up, except for the fact that you guys apparently harbor some serious hatred.

Somebody let the Red Cross know that are not a successful business. And the Salvation Army, United Way, and so on. Not all successful businesses are designed to line the pockets of its owners. Some, like the ones above, and ours is to provide a service. In this case a web site that many people frequent everyday. Some, like yourself, spend more time on our site than your own. That could be because ours has something going on. This site improves everyday and pays for itself. That is a successful business. Tomorrow's lesson: the difference between an original idea and plagiarism. Please let your people know I would hate for them to miss that one. Also we would have no hate towards your community except for that fact that every time the letters Tru pop up it is a attack, negative, drama, or a lie. We don't screw with you on your site. We don't seek you out to give our opinion on what you are doing. So yes -- you come in to our house and run your mouth you better be prepared to get stomped on.
Those are all 501(c)(3) public charities also known as, non-profit charities. Xiled Gaming is classified as "for profit." I spend an equal amount of time on the TRu site and the XG site. AGAIN I don't know why you keep saying "tell your people," I have pointed out in almost every post that this is my individual account and not a "TRu Community" account.
I'm not sure what you mean by plagiarism. Do you mean because most every community plagiarizes most of it's "rank system" off of some military branch? I also don't see how my original comment can be viewed as an attack, being negative, drama, a lie, or "screwing with you." Can anyone please explain how my original comment can be viewed in that way?
