Perfect we should make a thread that we update every week before tryouts that update our tryout members so we can make sure we know who all of the new people are.

Is there a such thing as an Elite of the week???
Elite of the week is when KoG PERFECT XS and KoG FRONSID3 will cap an important person the elite of the week. The elite of the week is some one who has shown drastic helpful changes, learning strats and have the ability to apply them in matching making/ MLG situations , and goes all-out more and more in order to develop into a superior player. To put it briefly, the Elite of the Week, has exposed the most amount change out of all the KoG Elites.

How does the third string function? Do we actually have matches against other organized clans or do we just practice and play as a team?

The 3rd String basically means your at the bottom of the moutain. Your not quite at the point to become a 2nd string elite, but you do contain the knowledge about elites and how to improve in order to become one. You need to communicate, be able to slay, know how to stay back in situations, is what a 3rd String Elite needs to encompass. The 3rd string normally consists of 12-30 members. The 3rd string attends all Elite Obligations if possible. The more that you work with Frontsid3 and my self the better you will become. The 3rd will soon have their own practice(s) and meeting(s) where you all can improve as a whole.
The third string, in the future, will be playing against other organized clans such as the XGC Elites, SYN Elites, and the XGG Elites. Although you will be required to practice all the skills you learn daily, there will be matches for you all the participate in.

Make a rumble snipers game apart of the tryouts.
1. It shows us how good you are at sniping.
2. It shows that you know how to use a sniper when someone is sniping at you.
3. We can see how people react to up close threats with the snipe and how fast.
4. It is a skill that people are lacking and need to work on, everyone could use the practice.

Is there any way we can change the time of the Saturday night tryout? Thats 11 PM EST and its hard for me cause I have to go to church in the mornings early with my parents. If it could just be 1 hour earlier it would help a lot.
I was actually considering that, do you think that would be more benifical and we would get more people to try-out?
Yes, thats kinda late and I have a lot to do all of Sunday and then there are meetings in the evening so it kinda sucks being up past 12:00 and then waking up 5 or 6 hours later and doing stuff all day long. But making it an hour earlier would ease the stress on people.
The Team Leader and Team Captain. Yes the same person can, which would be pretty outstanding.
