I will be having specific 2nd and 3rd string meetings when i learn the string strats, bc these meetings will consist of important info to them, and matches concerning them, and will be followed by practices, and advice/ teaching of extra new material for them. Also, i have decided that i have been progressing/ and developing as a player, and would like to go through the process of becoming a first string member please.

Im not a fan of the clap, but i try and work things out, but we seriously need to go over the strats, so that i may enforce them in practices, and specific string meetings.

Yes this is correct, because i am trying to organize the times so that we can have more active elites, and get more development in the elites.

Obviously we do not intend to harm our fellow elites, this is just another way of disclaiming the new elite of the week. I was wondering though, who is the new elite of the week and who were the other elites of the weeks?

Yes i have the list on the elite forums, for those who have filled out applications, and those who have signed up on GB. i will however require a list of all technical elites, so that i may inquire from them, why they have not met these requirements, or are not as active as they need to be.
