I really don't. I'd rather yell at someone to tell them how dumb they were vs kicking them out. I try to get people to learn from their mistakes.
Last time i kicked someone out was in Halo 2 when i was the general of Vendetta,he was being sexist and when i kicked him out,he started to cry and say it wasnt fair and he even got his mom. it was actually quite funny lol
