hotty i know the feeling. no snow on the ground finally and its warming up. looking at high 60's - 70's this week.
Nice congrats bro, So I have a question to you all. As a general what do you think you bring to the table as far as your leadership ability goes? Like me tho I'm not strong at taking lead but i am good at inspiring and motivating people in game and on website. So what do you think your unique ability is as a leader in XG?
Well personally I think that I am a good leader cause I can handle pretty much any situation professionally and I never let it get to out of hand. Using my prior service in the Military as a Sergeant and having to lead troops into battle and leading them state side to me its not so different in leading a clan. Any leader must listen to there soldier/member. If you are one to jump to conclusions and act before finding out everything you can find out you will make mistakes in my opinion. Being a great listener and being able to talk to your guys is very important to me as well. I am very active with my clan and I let everyone know in my clan they can always reach me one way or another. You should always be accessible to your members even if you are not on the same game with them make your presence known by at least appearing online. I know before I was a General if I saw that my General was online it made me feel good because at least if I needed something I knew she was there so I could get a hold of her if need me. Never think that you know more than anyone cause I guarantee someone out there knows a lot more than you do. Take time and work with the lower ranked members and listen to what they have to say use them in decision making and use their knowledge combined with your knowledge and I assure you greatness. I could go on for days so hope this is good enough so far lol
