we were supposed to kick it in the hole but we ran. lol he never let us live it down..... and the time the cooks purposly gave alll of us diareheah!
I remember once when I was on look out duty as we were on high alert for a possible Taliban attack on the base that all the boys were arguing how people kept stealing the Tetley Teabags and how they were in short supply.
But after lunch I was posted to the look out tower and around 3pm in the afternoon the tower shook with a god almighty rumble as I was knocked to the floor. And as I got back to my feet and looked around it was then I noticed that an RPG had been fired at the tower but it had come so close it was enough to shake the very foundations. It was then that the mornings events became so trivial...... oh how I don't miss the close shaves with death...

WOW, that is both awesome to hear and had to be terrifying to be there for!!!!!! Wow man, sounds like you have some very interesting stories!!!!!
