why hacker and hardened? isnt one to make you switch guns faster?

Depends on gametype really. Hacker limits what I view as my unnecessary deaths from claymores or C4. It also helps me support my team by calling out claymore positions or sentry guns. Hacker Pro gives me the surprise factor by converting enemy equipment and combined with Ghost Pro, you're completely invisible to every non-personal view.

Hardened in itself is sort of useful, but Hardened Pro reduces view kick, or flinch, when I got hit. That allows me to stay on target, and when I hit my opponent with more shots, he get the view kick and flies off-target. Those 1 or 2 bullets I get off while he resets wins me a number of gunfights.

I like the idea of no flinching when your in a gunfight, but with athe AK47 i can not stand die'ing while reloading, so its necessary for me to have slight of hand with that gun, i should probably use hardened pro with the 74u or aug or famas

harden pro is really good if you use a gun that flinches really bad

All guns flinch equally . . . but yes, I would recommend it most highly for guns like the M16 or the snipers. I find it least effective on submachine guns with which I generally hip fire anyway. I would combat the loss of SoH by running Dual Mag for a quicker reload or an Extended Mag so that I reload less in general.
