I think you meant "who" not how but I was under the impression Gunner and the council started it.

Uh, youre asking for him to JOIN your clan? man, youve got balls, more then I do. lol, anyway, all the council have been, are, and will be in and out of Syn forever Im sure. The majority of them even have seperate syn alias's. Like 007 here is Syn Asmodeus. They lead all of XG, and since we are XG they will always be watching over us, like it or not.
