A leader is someone who helps people achieve their goals and become better people and listens to everyone's opinion and will do what is best for everyone. A boss is someone who orders people around and doesn't really care to help them better themselves or achieve there goal but only looks out for what they want not necessarily what is best for everyone. Short version.

It was the most difficult thing ever you had me do goals for myself now I most die. Lol
I posted some goals not a lot but a few for now I will add more as I go.
Now that's a great thread and very useful. I like it lots great job on that one.
Very good forum by the way. I mean it's a great idea and all.
See if I put something in there I don't know if I would necessarily like being held to those kind of goals. It just seem like something for some people to hold me to or remind me that I'm failing at those goals.
I'm just a little confused that's all.
