Well if I could find a One player either former captain or Lt who wants to help build a squad it would be easy. Its actually how I have too do it. I mean I could pick up the guys train them with time but, that'd be more of an issue than anything. Just not fully sure yet. I'm up for the challenge of running an Xbox one/360 clan though. Seems like an extremely interesting mix.
It's going alright, working a few things out in the clan, might be trying to figure out how to get a One squad mixed in. You ever get your split?
