XILED GAMING PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
Note: Promotions are earned by excelling in your current role, recruiting, and actively attempting to better the clan/community. Holding your position for a long time period guarantees you nothing. Asking for a promotion will not get you promoted. If you’re interested in moving up, we encourage you to communicate that desire to your chain of command, but asking for/demanding a promotion outright will get you nowhere.
MEMBER
- Game with squad or clan members and recruits
- Stand out amongst their peers in community knowledge and activity
- Express interest in exploring their leadership opportunities
- Display sound decision-making when handling squad-related issues
- Grow squad to meet the clan split requirements
- Be recommended by Clan Leader and approved by upper leadership (XS & XDs)
Remaining leadership promotions will be determined based on the individual’s overall performance of Rank Structure responsibilities, approval of higher leadership, and the status of the division/community.
