WHO SHOULD BE A VALUED LEADER AND WHY?

He always takes the time to help train future leaders and give them guidance and to instill the Qualities that make him himself a great leader. He Handles issues promptly and privately so no other party that's not involved needs to hear or worry about any kind of petty drama.
