He didn't talk much and for quite some time I didn't see much of him until after I became a section leader and he became an XD over the SYN Division. shortly after his promotion I started working with chopper on one of his old clans that he had as a section leader, Envy 7. From here on out, I worked very close with chopper bouncing ideas back and forth about things in my own section. Anytime I've needed advice or had an issue chopper was always willing to sit and listen. I nominate him for valued leader because he is a calm collected leader who always puts common sense before emotion in every decision he considers, and is always willing to get the whole story in all situations before jumping to conclusions. His love for this community is larger than I can describe in words and is always willing to help anyone. In my opinion there is no better member to become a valued leader then SYN Chopper XD</blockquote>
