THOUGHTS ON NEW UPDATE?

I DEFINITELY like it much better than the previous one, though I think some of the selections available are a bit redundant and find the beacons pretty useless. I'm also liking the direction in which the Xbox 360 is heading. With all of these available entertainment options, like hulu, zune, fb, last.fm, netfilx, youtube (coming soon), etc. the console is becoming more than just about gaming. One doesn't necessarily have to be playing video games, now we are getting a broader range activities to do on the dashboard

I agree with Morphosis, I think this new update is great. I use my box to watch Netflix and Hulu every day. My kids use it for their cartoons and I use it for my shows and movies. With ESPN and Youtube I don't even need cable to be honest. I only watch TV before going to sleep and my kids have a great selection of things to watch. Keep up the good work Microsoft.
I like the new dash update, However the new netflix sucks only because they took away the screen settings. I have a 37" Vizio 1080p LCDTV and anything that is not in HD I usually would put the screen on stretch so it would cover the whole screen, now I have to watch a stupid square of a film or tv show
