If you want to reopen a clan that has been closed, let leadership know if you need help finding names or ideas of closed down clans that could be brought back.</p><p></p><p>If you as a General take over a clan and want to change the name, you must wait until you have been in charge of the clan for at least 30 days before this will be allowed. The only exception to this would be if it is an XS or higher's home clan, then a name change will not be approved. We want you as the General to have pride in your clan name so you are proud of the clan that you are building.</p><p></p><p>Clan Forum Banners</p><p></p><p>If your clan doesn't have a banner, you should submit a request through the Xiled Design Team to have one created here: xiledgaming.com/forum/xiled-teams/design-news-events-video-teams/design-team/request-a-banner</p><p></p><p>We would like to see all clans have a clan banner showing, if you have one that you don't like you can also submit a request - please note that you may request only once every 6 months, unless you are a new General who has just taken over the clan.</p><p></p><p><strong>2. Request Limit</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>There is a limit of one banner per six months per member or clan (Exception: New General or Edits to Existing Design Work - case by case basis).</strong></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Clan & Squad Lists</p><p></p><p>Clan and squad lists must be posted by Saturday, March 14th @ 11:59pm EST. You may post up to 3 days beforehand - if you know you'll be busy or out of town, get it done early rather than being late. If you don't have it posted on time, your XS will post it for you and will be following up with you as to why you didn't have it done. You as General should be doing the same thing for your captains if they do not post their squad lists - follow up and find out why it wasn't done. Make sure you are checking your clan list versus the usergroup as well and keeping up on this throughout the month as add and removal requests are put in and processed on the Help Desk.</p><p></p><p>Moderation for clan lists needs to be done - there should only be three posts within a clan list, the please do not post in this thread, the original clan list and the current clan list. Delete old posts to keep things clean and easy to read.
