Remember that in order for a Captain to be added to the usergroup, the clan list needs to show them as a captain and they must have their own squad list posted.</p><p></p><p>No Member Left Behind:</p><p></p><p>Just because people play different games than you or your squad/clan at the time, doesn't mean they shouldn't be included in clan activities. If someone is playing and recruiting on a game you or your clan don't play, consider possibly finding a new home for those members. Even if they don't want to transfer because they're happy where they're at, include them in ALL activities!</p><p></p><p>Identifying Leadership</p><p></p><p>As important as it is to train and get your current leadership ready for their next step, it is just as important to identify members who are showing leadership characteristics who are not currently in leadership. Help them to continue building on their strengths while also identifying their weaknesses that you can work on with them to get them ready for future ranks ahead of time rather than as they are promoted. You know what it's going to take for them to be successful future leaders, or if you don't, use your chain of command and ask for help.</p><p></p><p>XG Cyber Attack 4v4 Tournament:</p><p></p><p>This is the final week for sign-ups. If anyone needs help getting their team members registered or teams created, hit up XGC Tantaliz XC, XGC Traitor XC and XGC xTFLEMx XI or any higher up online most of the week so they can hit me up if needed.
