Splitting your clan involves recruiting like-minded members, identifying and training future leadership. The current clan must meet all standards of a successful clan prior to asking yourself if you're ready to split. Having a main game, recruiting on that game, holding weekly clan meetings with good attendance, holding weekly squad meetings ran by the captains also with good attendance, participating in weekly clan game nights, etc. Generals should be working closely with their Section Leaders to make sure that they are on the right track.</strong></p><p></p><p>TRAINING LEADERSHIP</p><p></p><p><strong>Training our leadership should always be a top priority that is never ending. We may sometimes forget that when we promote someone into a leadership role they don't know what expected of them or how to do something unless we tell them and/or show them. Captains and Generals classes are available to help teach those leaders but should not take the place of hands on training. Section Leaders and Generals, it is your job to identify the strength and the weaknesses within our leaders and work with them to grow.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>UTILIZE CHAIN OF COMMAND</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>The open door policy is in place for any member of any rank to hit up a higher rank with issues, ideas, suggestions, etc. However, it is very important to utilize your direct chain of command for most issues. Your direct leadership knows you and your clan members more than an XD-XC may and may be a better fit to deal with the issue. Also, if you don't know how to do something, this gives them an idea on what needs to be worked on and they can continue to follow-up in progressing forward with.</strong></p><p></p><p>CHRISTMAS IS HERE!</p><p></p><p><strong>With Christmas comes Christmas Noobs! In the next few days there will be an influx of new players on all the new games that have recently come out. Take advantage of this! This is the best recruiting time of the year!</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Everyone have a safe and Merry Christmas!</strong></p></blockquote><p></p>
