This means that your tags must be either fully smudge, or use smudge as a majority of the effects.
Rules are as follows
1: SOTW is no CnC
2: Anyone may Enter the SOTW
3: Signatures must be within 500x200 (not 200 x 500).
4: I DON'T CARE IF YOU like ANIMATION OR NOT, NO ANIMATION!
5: All signatures must follow the forum guidelines.
6: Entries are Due by midnight on Saturday night, October 8th,2011
7: Voting Polls will be put up the next day.
8: All Results are FINAL.

10: DO NOT SHOW OFF YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE WEBSITE UNTILL AFTER VOTING HAS ENDED
