Target hairs aimed onto enemies head across the map. Any background of your choice. I would like My name ( VetoVeE ) in it with my rank LT and my clan XGC Militant in there somewhere also. Thanks for your time and its greatly appreciated.

1. SYN H3AD5H0T (it's a zero not a letter),I want it also to say SYN GLUTTONY 7 MARTYRS SQUAD LIEUTENANT at the bottom
2. I want it to have a "Ghost from MW2" theme and use this image for the basis of the background.

I want it to look like war is going on, maybe an explosion in the background and some bullets flying.
3. I would like to use about the same colors as the image i posted. Maybe add a blue tint.
