Just a small thought. It'd seem alot easier if Lieutenants could take care of the recruits, instead of a captain or higher.

Meaning:

Lieutenants can give recruits the honor code, rank structure etc. Caps and higher can't be on all the time.
Same with Sarges. Lts should be able to train them.

It depends on what your general prefers some generals like to keep it the old way were a captain or higher must give the recruiting speech and get them all set up were some will allow they're lieutenants to do it

Yeah it's all really dependant on the clan in which you're in.

My general is all about Lieutenants and Captains being there for the new recruits but he is really big on the officers making sure that the sergeants are trained up on how to help the new recruits. My clan as a whole feel that training above and beyond helps make a great member.
