If someone is recruiting or inciting members to leave with the intent to cause harm to a community then I would discourage such behaviour.On the other hand if the people are planning to leave or have left and are looking for a new community to join then I'd see no problem with it. Especially if the people are miserable in the other place then why not offer a nice alternative.Definitely a case of double standards in its finest but inevitable nevertheless.</blockquote>
