Hey guys ive recruited a good 10 people and they all need to be read in and stuff i have had them put the XGC squad name then Recruit i h ave had them sign up on the websit ei just need them to be put in.. :D Also is there a recruiting class i could take so that all my captain or any higher up doesnt have to do all the boring stuff :D

Oh ok lol i was just wondering :D ya because i dont want to bother my captain while she is resting lol but at the same time im a recruiting machine :D

in my clans it was always SGT or higher, always said "it is everyones job to recruit even me" coming from a higher that meant a lot more lol but yea also long as you know what to say and what to do you should be fine, once u do it once its like a bike, its not that hard at all honestly....good luck

Speaking for ourselves, it is everyone's job to recruit but we strictly follow the rules on read ins and follow-up requirements. Troll the forums and use the search and other functionality and you'll find tons of useful information.

If someone on my squad had 10 people lined up to be read in and then had to post on the forum with this issue, i'd probably fire myself. But then again I don't know the whole story. If you aren't careful you lose some quality guys who might not be as patient as others.

On a more serious note, however, great job. You appear to be doing your clan proud and are a great asset to us all. Keep telling the story and keep em coming in.

Thanks ^-^ Ya i love recruiting people. A Lot of my friends from IGC (Independant Gaming Community) are coming over to join XGC now is that poaching? Because my old Council leader are threatening to tell council over here that thats what im doing lol so im just trying to get stuff straight. all of them are asking me if its ok if they come join us...so i just want to make sure i dont get in trouble for them leaving lol.

thats an iffy thing, as long as your not still in IGC while in XGC there is less of a problem, as for their council coming to our council....good luck thats all i can say to them.... its kinda poaching, however if they wanna leave thats their choice....its the same as recruiting anyone else...this just happens to be a few people from the same place....but i would talk it over with your own general first...im a little more aggressive than others personally lol

Ya i understand well i mean they gave my friends an ultimatum said leave and get banned for life or stay and make the right decision so they just said they will leave and come here. So i told them if they do leave IGC that they go ahead and tell whomever it is that they are leaving on their own accord that i did not tell them to leave.

Kinda double standards. I mean XG would view it differently if it was the other way around

trust me there is always a double standard....look at my sig of my past i fully know them lol But i did say that if they leave thats their own choice...thats not technically poaching lol

I guess it depends on the recruiter's intent too. If someone is recruiting or inciting members to leave with the intent to cause harm to a community then I would discourage such behaviour.

On the other hand if the people are planning to leave or have left and are looking for a new community to join then I'd see no problem with it. Especially if the people are miserable in the other place then why not offer a nice alternative.

Definitely a case of double standards in its finest but inevitable nevertheless.

Ya i understand well a lot of the people i know who were in IGC left and don't even want to join them back. But a lot would like to come and join us, which i dont even ask them lol they ask me haha. But thank you all for the information!
