This is what I send as some options:
I thought to provide you with some more information how Internet radio can be involved. For example, to know more about Xiled Gaming or our clan we broadcast more jingles, a third way to express our goal in game contest.
Second, to keep players informed (together with the forum and site information), players (and quests) are able to listen to the latest news related to Xiled Gaming on announced times.
Subjects can be:
Latest new members, new clans, promotions, battle announcements, who wins contents, stuff like that.
Even a the player or a clan could be ‘Player/ clan of the month’ or ‘special honored’ for his participation!
How this works:
For a start I volunteer to make some announcements, like new players or schedules for battle.
But a captain knows more about what is going around, maybe it’s smart to let him create a .wav file (or mp3) with new information (news related). This should be send to a special radio email address, so I can mix this with a jingle (or background music) and to schedule this for broadcasting.
We can decide to broadcast these messages, related to Xiled Gaming, every 1 or 2 ours for seven days in the week!
How many listeners are there?
It’s depends, sometimes 2500, sometimes 500. We have more then one broadcast server (failover) on very fast fiber lines (10000mbit), so the quality is perfect!
A hype?
I think we are the first with this concept in gaming.
Life reports in recording (battles) video for streaming is a second step (also very new). For example: a player has a white icon with their gamertag, to be identified as a reporter. We don’t shoot reporters, duh, so his ‘screen view’ can be recorded from the sideline, to be broadcasted.
Why Woozy Radio?
I like to be involved, the studio, it's mine; I like the Xiled Gaming concept and the rules. I don’t want money, I already have some ;-) and sure, a new concept is great for my free air! Further, we have a professional audio studio, when you around, you're more then welcome.
Future adds:
In the future we can created an audio database for the reports in battle, so everybody can see or listen to older earlier broadcasted stats or news.
For you to do:
Spread the news, talk about the options, get approval and very imported, chose the right persons to get involved for creating news (not long stories, more like:” this week new member is blah, welcome to clan xxx”. Maybe a captain? Also a flash radio, who’s responsible for the website to add this?
Further, determine the times for special broadcasting, like live reporting, (UTC) and finally, will the creation of jingles be able for only SYN CHAOS and XG, or more clans?!
Conclusion:
Okay. The Council approved the idea to use this when a member got promoted, to introduce a new member, announcements for big battles, training schedules, etc etc spoken and recorded by myself, captains and generals. Now the biggest gaming community XG has a gaming radio show to! This with music and XG! Listen on every hour at .55 (2.55 or 9.55 or 15.55 etc etc
) to know what I’m talking about.
What I want to ask is if somebody can add 3 links, like a little button for Real Audio, Windows Media Player and WinAmp on your website where this would be seen. I’ve an example at:

Further,
we need some reporters, members who want record 'the talk' about the subjects I described. I need those names to send the upload address.
Recording must be in WAV file (or more advanced, a mp3) and about 1-3 minutes long. It's not really a lot of work and easy to do with a PC (Sound Recorder). My job is to make the audio sound better and remix this for broadcast and fill-in where needed.
