"I think that is where some of these issues are coming from - the lack of clarity in the posts about the subscriptions. The quoted segment makes it seem like if you left (quit) on the basis of something harmless (or perhaps for novice members not understanding the 'going inactive' option so leaving) you would be charged regardless; whereas the posts from leadership here say the contrary. Perhaps if the original post mentions this / elaborates on the way this is handled case by case (in the segment relating to these subscriptions - rather than in the body of the post) people may get the point. Because lets be honest - most people are going to read the part about the costs and get in a tiff about it before they read the rest. It's just how humans work.</blockquote>
