The link is a very general outline of what you should look to accomplish. However, promotions are based on clan need, so the best thing you can do is stay active, work on recruiting, and not focus on getting promoted.

Add everyone in your group and get real acquainted with all of them.make it to most of your meetings and try and help recruits out were needed.show leadership and posting on forums and staying active.recruting is a good but doesn't mean you will b promoted if you do that alone.well round your self with all of this and you will go far in this community
