i am not posting for some odd reason i need to step that up and do that i have been at school for 2 days now have not got on here and pos anything i should start posting more even if i am in school or not

I'll add that I prefer quality over quantity. Unless your in a hurry or posting in a silly game.
And even if it's a silly game, quality is preferred and posts made in a hurry can almost always be edited to better quality later.
However, don't change too much as to change the post completely or so much that it doesn't match up to other posts.

Posting for me
I enjoy welcoming new members and keeping up with the community. It gives me and opportunity to talk with new people. I also know that this community is active and I usually get a reply quickly to keep the conversation going.
