Im from XGC Section 8. We have about 30ish members all of which are active. we play mainly Blackops but also a little bit on other games like Halo, Madden ect.
We are all very friendly and generally just enjoy getting on and having a laugh while we game. As we are a part of XGC you have to be 18 to join.
One thing I would say though is to take your time when chosing which clan to join. Each can offer something different, some are good and some are better. At the end of the day its about finding the one that is most suited to you and the clan that youll have the most fun with. Gamings all about fun after all.
Ill send you a FR and we can have a few games on LIVE if you want, ill also be happy to ansewer any of your questions.

I promise if he isnt interested in SYN or more interested in another division ill point in the direction which would fit his needs/wants the most
For future reference next time someone gets with a possible new recruit dont try to "poach them into your clan" come to the person they talk to first and see what would be in the best interest of the possible new recruit, its not all about numbers guys, its about the needs and wants of the individual we want them happy and if they would be better off in another division i would gladly come to you or another person and say this person would be a good fit for your clan or division....

Not really. If I see someone on the site that is unaffilliated and plays the games that my clan plays then I will mention Sec8. Simple as that.
This is a public part of the forum and he wasent a part of any clan so this is not poaching. I suggested that he meet up with a few different clans, weather they are in the same division or not.
You do not know anything about my clan and im the same for yours, so both our opinions would be bias so that is why any new member to the site looking to join a clan should not just jump at the first offer they recieve and instead look at multiple clans.
In future if you have a problem with something I post then feel free to contact me. If you still have a problem with this post and feel im "poaching" then by all means take it up with someone higher up, I really dont mind.
No problem lad, hope you find what your looking for in KoG or SYN. I dont know about SYN, but I have a few KoG members on my FL that I play with from time to time that are pretty cool
lol actually i may not know individuals within your clan, but i do know about XGC and KoG and i know many of the clans, ive been around this community almost 4 years, i know the ends and outs quite well. and i know better than to try to make someone join a clan just to add them to a list, its about putting them in the best place, and i would rather have them in a clan or division that would be fit their needs than them be unhappy and leave all together
How did i try and make him join a clan just to be on the list? If you read my origional post I advised that he try and play with as many clans as possible before making his decision.
Clans within the same division can be drastactly different to one another. Someone might be right for one in KoG but not another. simple as that really.

whoa guys lets not get into a big argument. I am not going to be persuaded to join a clan just because someone talks to me about it. I am going to take my time and check out a few clans and find out which one is best for me.
lol your right blite, however we cant know their needs and wants until we sit down and talk to them
Which is why he should go between a few clans himself, have a few games with each and make his own decision, not just talk to you and take what you have to say as being completely true, as lets face it, at the end of the day you will have bias towards your own clan.
Lol at the end of the day I dont have a bias towards my clan because there is no point I've built up countless number of clans and at the end it was the clans that I had less members being convinced to join that ended up being the best clans under me, so there Is no point in being biased for your clan it's about making members happy and building XG as a whole not just your clan
What I mean is if you have made that clan from the start you will view it with an amount of bias. Its human nature, youve put a lot of time into it so you will feel an amount of pride towards it.
