Have 4v4, 2nd string versus the 3rd string and then the 2nd string can decide whether anyone who played on the 3rd string team is skilled enough to be on their 2nd string. Or you could have 4v4 2second stringers and 2 third stringers on the same team and have 2 teams of that then the second stringers decide since they could hear and see if any third stringers made major improvements to their game.</p></blockquote><p></p>
