Clan Leaders oversee the day-to-day operations within a clan. A Clan Leader’s focus is building and maintaining strong, member-centric clans by facilitating a fun and engaging online experience for clan members. Clan Leaders should serve as role models for the community.</p><p></p><p><u>Clan Leader Role:</u></p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Provide a fun and engaging online experience for the entire clan. <strong><em>(Includes spreading the word about things going on in the Community)</em></strong></li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Enforce the Honor Code and handle any disputes within his/her own clan. <strong><em>(Utilize peers as witness if needed)</em></strong></li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Recommend Squad Leaders to Section Leaders for promotion consideration, when appropriate.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Establish and implement the clan’s meeting and event schedules. <strong><em>(This should be done on a regular)</em></strong></li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Assist in the development of members into leadership roles.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Maintain the Clan List, updating monthly. <strong><em>(This is reposting not editing previous clan list)</em></strong></li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Maintain the clan’s Discord channels. <strong><em>(Need help get with your Section Leader for guidance)</em></strong></li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Submit gamertag requests to Section Leaders for approval.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Attend bi-monthly leadership meetings with the community’s leadership.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong><em>II. LEADER LOGS</em></strong></p><p></p><p>Leader logs need to be done on members that do require to be talked to about an issue, removed, demoted, or given a warning. Also if they are being removed from the community make sure to note why in the removal request because we look at these Leader logs while doing the GwGs. Here are some questions you should be asking your self and answering while making a Leader log:</p><p></p><p>What was the reason for the meet with the member?</p><p>What was the final decision?</p><p>Who was there and involved in the final decision?</p><p>What was the members reaction to the decision?</p><p></p><p><strong><em>III. HONOR CODE</em></strong></p><p><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>All XG members must register on the website within one week of their recruitment to remain in XG. As a registered member, you will have access to the Forums and Tournaments, the XG Discord server, along with many other great sites. New members must read and accept the Honor Code and Rank Structure.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>IV.
