I. Honor Code Number #III
All Xiled Gaming members must register on the website within one week of their recruitment to remain in Xiled Gaming. As a registered member, you will have access to the Forums and Tournaments, the Kog/SYN/XGC Discord server, along with many other great sites. New members must read and accept the Honor Code and Rank Structure.
You as leaders should be walking through this with your recruits. Help them and be there if they have any questions. Walk around your clan forums and show them the usergroup as they can reach out to your members to game and have fun. Also share the Calendar and Tournaments so they can see what is happening in the Xiled Gaming Community. Remember Have fun!!!
II. If you build it, they will come.
Being a part of a clan is more than turning on your Xbox and repping the same clan tag as most of the people on your friends list. It’s about finding your fun! For leaders, it’s about making that easy for our members. When we think of quality, it’s not about numbers but about the activity level of each clan, big or small. Planning and attending game nights, clan or community. Jumping in and out of parties with your members, sending out invites to your members (even when they are playing different games), trying new games to play with other members, jumping in and out of other clans parties, utilizing clan chat on discord, etc. a little effort can go a long way when it comes to being active and keeping others active within the clan.
People want to go where the fun is, where the activity is, where they know they will always have someone to play with.
Be that member, be that clan.
III. Removal Request Details
When submitting a removal request, whether it be from Captains UG or from the community, please go into detail as to what took place leading up to the removal. Always be diligent in finding other opportunities elsewhere prior to removing them from the community entirely (this is situational). If you're unsure, hit up your XS.
