When we commit to a challenge as part of the X-Team, it is essential that we uphold our commitment to the best of our abilities. As leaders, we set the example for our members, and it's crucial that we honor our agreements by showing up and actively participating. We understand that life can get busy and unexpected situations arise. If you find yourself unable to attend an event you signed up for, please notify the event leader in advance, allowing them enough time to make alternative arrangements. Additionally, make sure to stay informed and responsive to event-related communications, as clear and timely communication is vital for the success of our collective endeavors.
Let's continue to inspire and lead by example within our community. Your dedication and proactive approach play a significant role in the success of our community activities.

Returning Members:
When anyone approaches you about returning from inactivity, or returning from leaving the community, you must research their story prior to adding them back into a clan usergroup. Check for the removal request to see what was stated, if there isn't a removal request please verify with a higher up on if the member needs to post a Grass Wasn't Greener application or not. Generals, please ensure that members who are still pending in the Grass Wasn't Greener are not being added to your clan list or usergroup until their application is approved.

No one has to provide this information to be in a clan or in leadership. We have too many ways to communicate with our members, without having to gather personal information. Clan/Squad Lists:
Clan and squad list are to be re-posted by the first and fifteenth of each month. Please remember to go through the forums shortly thereafter and delete old posts to keep the forums clean and easier to navigate and read.
Professionalism:
Remember while being a member of Xiled Gaming you are expected to uphold a professional gaming demeanor at all times. There is no reason to be yelling at other members, messaging in all caps or trash talking other members in the community. We are all here for the same reason, to have a group of people that we enjoy gaming with every day. Remember the golden rule: treat others how you want to be treated.
Generals and Squad meetings:
Generals, it is your responsibility to communicate to your Captains that they need to run the Clan meeting if you are unable to, and it is also your responsibility to run a Captain's squad meeting if they are unable to hold it as well. If you cannot make the weekly mandatory Generals meeting you must inform your Captains so that one of them may take your place to receive the notes for the week.

Note for the non-leaders
Protect your personal contact information. No one from XG needs your phone number, address, etc., for you to be a member of other community. There are numerous ways to communicate with your clan without putting your information at risk.

The Events Team is looking for fun energetic people to join our Team. It is rewarding to host games for the Community as you meet so many people. Spread the word and if you know anyone that would like to see a game played through the Events Team or they might would love to join please hit up SYN CHELL XD or SYN Sobi XS.
