THE HONOR CODE
In Article 6 of the Honor code it states that:
XG members CANNOT be apart of any other gaming communities/clans! Any and all gamer tags must be either in XG clans or in none at all. XG does NOT have ANY alliances with other gaming communities/clans! XG will remain friendly and professional with ALL gaming communities at all times! ZERO TOLERANCE! If a XG member leaves, they are NOT allowed back. In the event of a member wanting to come back, each situation will be looked at by the COUNCIL/Division Leaders on a case-by-case basis.
PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
NO Promotion is just given for meeting the time requirements. Promotions must be earned by fulfilling all the responsibilities of each rank. Promotions are not asked for they are earned. Because you have been in your position for a long time doesn't not guarantee you a promotion. If you have completed these requirements please speak with a leader. If you are not maintaining the requirements of your position please understand you are hurting your clan, the community and your friends. If this happens you will be relieved of your leadership position. It isn't personal. We can't have inactive or ineffective leaders hold back what our members need. please review the promotion requirements with the link provided.
XG PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
STAYING IN YOUR LANE & TEAM BUILDING
When dealing with issues that involve members from outside your squad, clan, section, or division, their leaders need to be involved. Example: Generals, if you are having an issue with a member from another clan, it is not up to you to handle that issue. You should be contacting their General directly so the issue can be discussed, worked out, and handled appropriately. If you are having a hard time getting in contact with said leader, go up your chain of command. Ideally, we would like to see our Leadership work together when handling issues. This encourages team building and gives leadership the opportunity to learn from each other in situations one has not yet dealt with but may in the future. However, it is important that the direct leadership is involved and handles all issues.
