Well I've always been wondering, what are the things that have never changed over these 2 years, which has kept XG the best community? What keeps bringing the members in and keeping them here and also what is the difference between us and the other communities?

The desire to become the best.
007 along w/ the other council wanted to have the best gaming community, and they began with having the best leaders.
Once you get great leaders, you will have great followers, and great people to take your spot.
Not only this, but our saying "Quality Not Quanity" came into place. We kept from falling in the pit as of KSI by abiding by this. We did not recruit just anyone, we recruited those that wanted to be here, and would be apart of XG.
and of course the Honor Code - to maintain order

Well for me i recuite just about everyone...... most of the time they dont think that they will like it but once in the community the soon find out that they do
