So I was wondering. Am I allowed to bring people into XGC or the other parts of the clan? I like to recruit people and I'm good at making new friends.

As long as they meet the requirements of your clans structure e.g. since you are in XGC, your member audience you need to recruit is 18+. You are definitely allowed to bring people in, it helps move you up through the ranks but cannot be the soul reason for promotions. Experience, attitude and respect are key things in my opinion. Contact your general if you have one to discuss recruiting, he/she will tell you what you can do if you want.
