Have you contacted your division leader? If not, I would suggest that next, and tell him/her all that they need to know about what has been occuring. I would also suggest momentarily taking over meetings? That is if there is no lietenant or captains present....if so, then don't haha. If you simply don't have captains or lieutenants, it's in that case that I would suggest momentarily taking over scheduled weekly meetings. If you do have captains and lieutenants and they are just inactive, I would suggest contacting your division leader, and kindly address the issue with him/her, and also have patience, don't badger him/her about it either.
