XS's and XD's come and go so it would have to be leadership that isn't so replaceable and active at the same time only problem is that most of us have lives outside of gaming also can't give it to anyone lower cause if they were to leave or get kicked they could do a lil damage to our rep. So however is picked needs to be reliable, active and knows what they're doing.</p></blockquote><p></p>
