Hackers and cheaters make me laugh because it makes me realize how sad some people actually are. They literally have to cheat to win games. They cant play. They have no skill.
I think it is sad that people have to cheat in a game in order to feel like they are having fun. However, there are some things that can be fun, if you dont go into pubs with it.
