I know xbox is based on guys but i feel my girl clan members is needed due to the fact the guys are outnumbered.

Well first off its not based on guys. Whoever told you that is mistaken. Its for all ages and all genders. But I do agree, more female gamers are good to have. I would have to say that there are a lot less girl gamers though. There are a lot of women who just don't get into games. In comparison I might add.
There are lots of girls that play xbox. However, there are some females that dont like to talk in game or have girly names.
