It is a shame that us generals need a babysitter to help us start a meeting. there are generals who have been in that rank for a long time and its amazing how none of them will step up to the plate . you know who you are i don't. this message may upset some of you but hopefully it also opens your eyes.</p></blockquote><p></p>
