Even if the member is not part of your section/division, you should be doing something about it if it has not already been handled. Not everyone sees messages being placed on the discord at all times. That is why we must work as a team to root out the problems.</p><p></p><p>__**Server Rules and Guidelines:**__</p><p>The Xiled Gaming server is run by a team of dedicated volunteers with the aim of giving a haven for good-natured discussion, debates, and fun on the Internet. It is the Individual Members responsibility to be aware of all current server Rules/Guidelines. Ignorance isn't a justifiable excuse, so if you aren't certain then ask first.</p><p></p><p>__**Moderation:**__</p><p>We moderate the server on a common-sense basis and would ask that each of our visitors obey simple good manners when posting on the server.</p><p>- The moderators will issue warnings for wrongful behavior and their decision is not up for debate!</p><p>- Warnings may consist of the violating user being "muted" in the server for a specific time frame.</p><p>- Users may also be banned without notice or explanation from the team if we feel it is in the best interests of the community.</p><p>- This server enforces both a "three strikes you're out" policy for repeated violation of the Server Rules and an immediate banning policy for extreme infractions. When necessary, posters who have broken server rules will receive an official warning from staff via Discords "direct message" feature. After two warnings, a third infraction will result in an immediate ban of the account without further notice.</p><p>- See something that's inappropriate, breaks the server rules or have a question about the server? Direct Message <@450730162611552260> the details and our Mod/Admin team will take care of the problem.</p><p></p><p>__**Server Rules:**__</p><p></p><p>**1. This is a gaming server.**</p><p>- There is no room for your political or religious views. Political or religious views will earn you a ban.</p><p></p><p>**2. Since this is a server open to people of all ages, keep all posts PG-13.**</p><p>- Adult content is prohibited. Because the Server is family-friendly, discussion or linking of adult sites is prohibited. Links to adult content and/or posting of jokes or comments of an adult nature are prohibited. All links to adult content, within the server, will be immediately deleted and the posters will be banned.</p><p></p><p>**5. Be nice to each other and respect the moderator.**</p><p>- Profanity and insults will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with another member turn to a moderator and if the moderator can't help you send a private message to an administrator.</p><p>- Instructions by the moderator team are to be followed.</p><p></p><p>__**The following infractions are grounds for immediate, no-questions-asked banning from the server.**__</p><p></p><p>**1. Drive-by Spamming.**</p><p>- Users who join and post for the sole purpose of linking to their sites will be immediately banned from the server.</p><p></p><p>**2. Threatening Posters.**</p><p>- Users who make physical threats against staff or members via posts or direct messages will be immediately banned from the server. Members who receive such threats should immediately contact a staff member and should save the original copy of the threat.</p><p></p><p>**3. Users who make there own discord server and invite community members will be immediately removed.**</p><p></p><p><strong><em>CORE VALUES</em></strong></p><p></p><p>Throughout its history, the Xiled Gaming Company has successfully met all its challenges. The online XG community began on January of 2006, the Council of Leaders broke from the community known as KSI in order to run a Community free of cheating, trash talking, racism and run it the way they see fit.</p><p></p><p>From those early days of the XG community there has been, certain bedrock principles or core values that have been carried by the members in silence. They consist of three basic principles, and together create the XGC mission.</p><p></p><p><strong>Honor:</strong> "I will bear true faith and allegiance..." Accordingly, we will: Conduct ourselves in the highest ethical manner in all relationships with peers, superiors and subordinates; Be honest and truthful in our dealings with each other, and with those outside the XGC community; Be willing to make honest recommendations and accept those of junior personnel; Encourage new ideas and deliver the bad news, even when it is unpopular; Abide by an uncompromising code of integrity, taking responsibility for our actions and keeping our word; Fulfill or exceed our legal and ethical responsibilities in our public and personal lives twenty-four hours a day. Illegal or improper behavior or even the appearance of such behavior will not be tolerated. We are accountable for our professional and personal behavior. We will be mindful of the privilege to be able to take part in such a prestigious community as XG.</p><p></p><p><strong>Courage:</strong> "I will support..." Accordingly, we will have: courage to meet the demands of our profession and the mission when it is, demanding, or otherwise difficult; Make decisions in the best interest of the XG community and XBOX-LIVE, without regard to personal consequences; Meet these challenges while adhering to a higher standard of personal conduct and decency; Be loyal to our community, ensuring the resources entrusted to us are used in an honest, careful, and efficient way. Courage is the value that gives us the moral and mental strength to do what is right, even in the face of personal or professional adversity.</p><p></p><p><strong>Commitment:</strong> "I will obey the orders..." Accordingly, we will: Demand respect up and down the chain of command; Care for the safety, professional, personal and spiritual well-being of our people; Show respect toward all people without regard to race, religion, skill or gender; Treat each individual with human dignity; Be committed to positive change and constant improvement; Exhibit the highest degree of moral character, technical excellence, quality and competence in what we have been trained to do. The day-to-day duty of every XG man and woman is to work together as a team to improve the quality of our work, our people and ourselves.</p><p></p><p><em>GENERAL'S RESPONSIBILITIES</em></p><p></p><p>Generals are the backbone of XG and should be respected by all XG members. As a General, he/she is a role model for the Captains and all the members of his/her clan.</p><p>Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a single clan, as per the XG Clan Structure Guidance.</p><p></p><p><u>Generals Responsibilities:</u></p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Work with Captains. Ensure they are properly trained to uphold their responsibilities, manage their squads effectively, and handle issues and enforce the Honor Code.
