Anyways, I do what I can to make XG fun for everyone...And recently I've had to deal with a couple of people in XG trash-talking members of my clan, actually.  That's always fun.Personally I feel that if they have earned the rank of Captain, they've shown the knowledge of XG necessary to maintain that rank even if they don't fill the role in a specific squad anymore.  If they don't take up the responsibility, find someone who will.  I am not afraid to demote anyone, either, but I don't think that people should be demoted for being an active member of the clan, whether or not they recruit or run squad practices.</blockquote>
