When you lead by example, you provide a path to direct others down so that everyone is working towards a common goal with the same purpose, all the while creating a picture of what's possible. People can look at you and say, "Well, if he can do it, I can do it." Build that relationship with your members and learn from one another.</p><p></p><p><strong>PROFESSIONALISM AND FAIR PLAY</strong></p><p></p><p>XILED GAMING members will display a professional gaming demeanor at all times. Any match an XG member participates in should observe the rules of Fair Play, Sportsmanship and Respect. As an XG member, you not only represent yourself but XILED GAMING as a whole.</p><p></p><p><strong><em>Communication</em></strong></p><p></p><p>Just a reminder of what the official forms of communication are for the community, there is as always the Website (xiledgaming.com), the XG Official Discord servers, and last but not least there is Xbox. Any communication outside these three is not official XG communication. Any communication between leadership especially needs to be through one of these three. There are many reasons behind this not only, it is easy to watch and moderate things and stop drama from happening, but when leadership utilizes it, it makes it easier to communicate with the other leadership that needs to be communicated.
