It’s okay to schedule meetings/game nights/practices for your clans but as far as mandatory meet ups they are weekly for your members.</h4><p><strong>Boost Clans/Squads</strong></p><p>How to keep a clan’s interest in the community idea’s! First off let’s begin with hosting weekly meetings to insure that the news is there for our Generals to pass down to the clan’s/squads. Next let’s make sure game nights are happening and members in the clan are participating. Making sure no member is left behind! All members are excited to see their names on the website and makes them feel a part of something fun so the clan/squad list are very important to keep updated at least 2 times a month. Ensure everyone is communicating within the clan.</p><p></p><p><strong>Recruiting Processes</strong></p><p>Discussion on types of Recruiting processes. How should we recruit prospective members to the community. What types of information and atmosphere do we convey to our prospective recruits.</p><h4></h4><h4>XTEAM is looking for Challenges in October if you are interested please put up date and time in XTEAM Challenges and get with SYN CAREBEAR XS, SYN CHELL XD, or SYN Sobi XS it does not just have to be COD we do accept Challenges on other games as well.</h4><h4></h4><h4>Leadership Classes</h4><p><strong>Captains</strong></p><h3><a href="https://www.xiledgaming.com/threads/captains-class-on-saturday-oct-14th-at-9-00-est.103169/" target="_blank">Captains Class on Saturday Oct. 14th at 9:00 EST</a></h3><p>SYN CHELL XD will be hosting a Captains Class on Saturday Oct. 14th at 9:00 EST Captains Classes are now a requirement for promotion to General.
