They can work with the events team for assistance. It can be on any game or multiple games.</p><p>They are also encouraged to support the cause by participating when others put theirs on.</p><p></p><p>As Section Leaders you should be working with your Generals to identify and develop their leadership capabilities. In this you both should identify and develop the areas which they can improve on while reinforcing their positive attributes.</p><p></p><p>Section Leaders should work with your Generals to create positive goals and a plan for the clan to help them develop and grow.</p><p></p><p>Identify and choose the appropriate leader. What characteristics do you look for? What conversations are held? How do you grow potential leaders? Discussion.</p><p></p><p>With school starting soon, members schedules may be changing. Communicate with your members, The real world comes first.</p><p></p><p><strong>Open Door Policy:</strong></p><p>All XG members are encouraged to share any issues or ideas through the chain of command and with XC/XI at ANYTIME! The leaders of Xiled Gaming believe in the open-door policy in order to encourage openness and transparency with all members of the community.</p><p></p><p><strong>Leaving/ Stepping down:</strong></p><p></p><p>If you are considering leaving or stepping down, please hit up an XD, XC, XI. We are here to help you.
